We renovated the kitchen and parts of the ground floor and needed one team to keep things together.
MJ Byggeri coordinated everything calmly so we did not have to chase different trades.

Three customer voices from projects in Ängelholm Municipality.
Experience since 2003 — where craftsmanship and quality go hand in hand
MJ Byggeri AB is a carpentry and building service company with experience since 2003, based in Hjärnarp, focused on Ängelholm Municipality. We handle everything from building service and renovations to extensions, kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, plastering and painting - and when you want a turnkey setup, we coordinate the relevant trades so you don’t have to manage the whole project yourself.
We work with clear check-ins, careful material choices and a finish that lasts. When it suits the project, we prefer to buy locally, for example building materials from Beijer and filler and paint from Alcro Färg. Because we also handle filling, skim coating and painting, we can take a larger part of the chain from carpentry and building work to the finished surface. For work that requires specific authorization, we collaborate with the right certified competence. We have close partnerships with local contractors, such as electricians, some spanning up to 20 years.
Planning to build, fill or paint in Ängelholm, Hjärnarp, Munka-Ljungby, Vejbystrand or Skälderviken? With our local network and partners we have worked with for up to 20 years, we can handle most things around the project. Get in touch and we’ll take the next step.
Turnkey or building service – you choose the setup
You shouldn’t have to pick “all or nothing”. MJ Byggeri AB can run the whole project as turnkey (one point of contact, clear responsibility) or help with building service for a defined part when you already have a plan. We’ll guide you to the right setup based on scope, timeline, and how much coordination you want to handle yourself. The outcome: smoother progress, clear check-ins, less stress.
Local in Ängelholm Municipality – we know the area
We’re based in Hjärnarp and focus on Ängelholm Municipality. That means shorter distances, easier check-ins, and a contractor who’s actually nearby when something needs to be aligned. We know the local conditions and what it takes to keep a build moving smoothly. For the right project we can also take on nearby municipalities — but Ängelholm is home base.
ROT deduction – clarity from the start
The ROT tax deduction can affect your overall budget, but it should be easy to understand. We help you think it through early: what is often ROT-eligible, where clarity matters most, and what you should have in order before deciding. You get better planning control and fewer question marks later in the project.
The right competence all the way – we coordinate when more trades are needed
Many projects require more than carpentry. We handle carpentry and building — and when other trades are needed, we coordinate with the right professionals. For work that requires specific authorization, we collaborate with the appropriate qualified competence. You don’t have to chase people or manage the logistics — you get a project that holds together.
Experience and local network for smoother projects
With experience since 2003 and a strong local network, we help keep the project moving - whether it is turnkey coordination, focused building service, plastering or painting. We find the right setup, coordinate the right competence when needed, and keep the process clear from start to finish.
Turnkey projects
Want to avoid coordinating multiple parties? We take the lead and coordinate the relevant trades, materials and timeline — so you get a clear flow from start to finish.
Extensions
More space, a better layout or an extra room? We help you think smart about function and flow — and build with the finish in mind.
Kitchen renovation
A new kitchen is more than cabinets. We help with the full setup: measurements, fitting, carpentry and coordination — so everything ends up where it should.
Bathroom renovation
Bathrooms require order and the right competence. We plan and coordinate, and work with authorized partners when specific requirements apply — so it’s done properly.
Roof & exterior
Your roof is one of the most important parts of the house. We help you plan and deliver a solution that lasts — whether it’s replacement, upgrades or repairs.
